About The Position

The leader in this role will drive technology transformation through structured program management, vendor partnerships, and innovation ecosystems, ensuring alignment with Honeywell Aerospace’s strategic and annual operating plans.

Requirements

  • Experienced PMO program governance and driving quick innovation to iterate new ideas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 12 plus years of IT leadership experience with strong program management and enterprise architecture background.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and innovation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Overall Program Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks for enterprise IT programs, ensuring compliance and delivery excellence.
  • Annual Operating and Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic technology plans aligned with Honeywell’s business objectives.
  • Responsible for Financial Discipline: Managing overall AOP, requisitions and making sure the digital analytics and AI team is performing based on schedule on budget.
  • Chief of Staff: This role acts as the chief of staff for the Senior Leader of this organization and owns the overall coordination, agenda and governance of staff meetings, AOP planning sessions and STRAP discussions.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Innovation Lab Leadership: Drive ideation, prototyping, and emerging technology adoption through Honeywell Aerospace’s EA Innovation Lab.
  • University Capstone Programs & Early Careers: Partners with universities for capstone projects. Collaborates with internal IT teams to manage intern/early career engagement programs.
  • EA Platform & Enterprise Intelligence Ownership: Own and evolve enterprise architecture platform in collaboration with EA and Solution leaders and drive Innovative solutions to enable data-driven decisions.
