About The Position
The Director, IT Portfolio Management for Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) is responsible for developing and executing programs that implement security controls and countermeasures to protect the company's systems and data from internal and external threats. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational capabilities and the ability to apply system-thinking strategies to enhance Humana's security posture. The Director will lead strategic initiatives, manage resources, and promote Agile methodologies to foster innovation and collaboration within the EIP organization.
