As part of the Infrastructure & Operations leadership team reporting to the VP, CISO & IT Infrastructure, the Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for day-to-day operations to support and augment the VPs overall responsibilities. The director of information technology is an advanced role supporting the entire I&O program. This individual provides leadership, executive support, strategic and tactical guidance, and complete execution for an enterprise-class IT infrastructure program. Preferably, the Director, IT Infrastructure will have a technical background which should encompass multi-cloud operations, server & storage architecture, and network operations. The Director, IT Infrastructure will plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The Director, IT Infrastructure, will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
