Our IT team partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to deliver
secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. We focus on improving
care delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting staff through
efficient, user-centered systems.

A Director of HITS who excels in this role will lead the hospital’s IT strategy
and operations- ensuring technology enables high-quality, efficient, and secure
patient care.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Health Informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical systems is required.
• Experience supporting Electronic Health Records (HER/EMR)systems is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Oversees departmental budget and financial performance.
• Ensures regulatory and compliance adherence .
• Leads hiring, development, and performance management.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
