About The Position

The Director of IT Financial Applications & Processes is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of Honeywell Aerospace & Defense’s financial technology landscape. This role leads the modernization, governance, and optimization of enterprise financial applications and end-to-end finance processes in a highly regulated, global environment. The Director partners closely with Finance, Aerospace & Defense business leaders, and corporate IT to ensure financial systems enable accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth. Support sustainment of SAP ECC landscape and all ancillary financial applications including Oracle Hyperion (e.g., HFM, Planning, Essbase, FCCS), as well as EPM - Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP ECC landscape.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FCCS).
• Experience with EPM - Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Ability to lead modernization, governance, and optimization of enterprise financial applications and end-to-end finance processes.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Aerospace & Defense business leaders, and corporate IT.
• Understanding of accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth in financial systems.
• Experience in a highly regulated, global environment.
