As a Honeywell IT Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Data Center, Network and Cloud team for the Advanced Materials business unit. You will play a critical role in ensuring these core services are established, maintained and operate flawlessly to ensure smooth and secure operations for our business. You will report directly to the Operations and Infrastructure Leader who is also responsible for Workplace Employee Experience, Data Center, Networking & Cloud, Operations Technology and Site IT Support. This role will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will manage a technical team of IT specialists to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our foundational infrastructure including the network, data center & colo compute, cloud and related IT services in our technology landscape. You will be instrumental in driving the organization's infrastructure technology strategies and projects, aligning them with our business objectives. Your leadership will ultimately enhance our competitive edge and operational efficiency. By mentoring and managing a team of IT professionals, you'll foster growth, development, and innovation within the organization. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the future of technology at Honeywell and maintaining our position as a global technology leader.
