The Director of Crew Records and Pay Technology has responsibility for critical systems that enable Pilot and Flight Attendant records, pay and training. The role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through technology and employees. Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. This includes development, implementation and maintenance of new strategic and functional capability using innovative technologies within United architecture standards and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of new business capabilities as well as 24x7 support and resiliency. It is essential that this role establish and maintain strong business relationships with both senior and operating level business leaders and be the key interface point of contact with the business. This position reports to the Managing Director Digital Technology of Crew & Catering.
