About The Position
Equi is seeking an exceptional investment professional to lead our manager due diligence process and oversee critical investment/operational responsibilities across our fund of funds and multi-strategy hedge fund platforms. This executive role encompasses two key areas of responsibility. The first involves strategic leadership of our manager sourcing operations, where you'll work directly with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and investment leadership team. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategic frameworks as we scale our rapidly growing assets under management (AUM). The second area focuses on managing the operational aspects of our investment vehicles, including liquidity management, portfolio allocation, and optimization across investment strategies. This includes ensuring optimal capital deployment, managing investment vehicle cash flows, and implementing strategic portfolio construction frameworks.
