About The Position
The Director Investment Banking TDS develops transaction ideas with Senior coverage team members. The position develops revenue in all product areas and executes transactions, maintains client relationships and liaises with clients at the CEO and CFO level. The role involves developing transaction ideas and discussing them in the appropriate context with senior coverage team members, liaising and interacting with clients at all levels (CFO, CEO, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, etc.), and executing transactions while demonstrating relevant market, industry, and product knowledge. The Director is responsible for establishing an environment that promotes respect for employees and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the bank, demonstrating governance, control, and risk management behaviors in alignment with TD policies and practices.
