About The Position
Citizens is seeking a Director to join the Financial Institutions Group ('FIG') within Capital Markets & Advisory ('CM&A'). Citizens CM&A is a leading middle market investment bank that supports clients across a focused set of industry sectors (Financial Services, Aerospace Defense & Government Services, Business Services, Consumer, Gaming Lodging & Leisure, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology & Communications, Transportation & Logistics). We unlock value for our clients through our expertise in sell-side & buy-side advisory, capital raising, capital structure advisory, and financial opinions. We are seeking a Director who has specific experience in FIG/mortgage finance space and would come in with established Corporate and Financial Sponsor relationships within the sector to help facilitate strategic dialogue with existing and new bank customers leading to fees in Mergers & Acquisitions ('M&A'), Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Global Markets (FX and hedging), and/or general advisory. You would serve as the primary architect of client discussions and presentations, bringing appropriate product partners into situations as needed.
