About The Position

We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. The Inventory Planning Director manages all aspects of Inventory management for an assigned brand from overseeing the product cycle of budgeting to buying & rebuying and from the book setting process from the media plan through forecasting and adjusting future budgets. The main responsibilities of the Inventory Director is to maintain inventory levels, adhere to the OTB framework while protecting cash flow, monitor service KPI goals, liquidate the overstock, partner with Global Sourcing on expediting hot status shipments, direct fabric purchasing, trigger calendars and capacity planning, approve all purchase orders, purchase order amendments and air freight scr's, manage the inventory teams and work closely with the Divisional Merchandise Manager(s) & Brand Manager to ensure the brand strategy is disseminated to the team and that inventory impacts are considered and anticipated.
