The Internal Investigations and Digital Forensics team, part of UnitedHealth Group’s Compliance and Ethics Organization, conducts internal investigations related to allegations of serious employee misconduct, fraud, theft, and other insider risks; provides digital forensic support and analysis to the Enterprise, and coordinates with law enforcement and legal counsel. The Director is responsible for leading a team of investigators and digital forensic specialists supporting enterprise-wide investigations. This role has accountability for team performance, investigative quality, and the development and expansion of digital forensic capabilities. The Director provides oversight of complex and high-risk investigations and serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
