About The Position
As a Director-Internal Communications at S&C Electric Company, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Director develops and executes an internal communications strategy to engage and inform team members across the organization and leads a team to create engaging, inspiring, and informative content that strengthens our culture and advances our strategy. This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary communications partner to S&C Electric Company's President and CEO, responsible for developing the executive communication strategy and day-to-day implementation of messaging to support the company's purpose, vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
