The Director, Integrated Marketing (Omni-Channel) will report to VP Marketing, New Ventures of Samyang America and will be responsible for driving the growth and awareness of the New Venture portfolio across various channels, including retail, Amazon & online. As the Director Growth Marketing, you will lead online marketing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work relentlessly to build a growth engine that aligns business goals.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, optimize awareness, consideration and conversion
  • Lead a team of 3+ marketers and agency partners
  • Lead Shopper Marketing and Retail Media strategy and implementation
  • Drive Marketing activation, Sampling and Partnership efforts to drive trial and awareness for the portfolio of brands
  • Oversee and optimize our presence on Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Tiktok Shop, Instacart and other platforms ensuring best in-class content, promotions, and advertising effectiveness
  • Execute and analyze performance marketing campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, paid social, etc.) to enhance traffic, conversion, and retention
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance our website (shopify), improving UX/UI, to drive engagement and brand story-telling
  • Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and sales performance across all e-commerce channels, making data-backed recommendations
  • Build relationships with influencers expanding the brands presence across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Improve customer journey touchpoints to increase engagement and retention
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability, demand planning, and efficient fulfillment for all e-commerce platforms
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
  • 10 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing and integrated marketing campaigns
  • 3-years experience with Shopper Marketing and retail media
  • Experience in a combination of established CPG and start-up/ entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience in CPG Food preferred
  • Experience managing a team of at least 3
  • Proven experience leading an integrated agency team
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce and Amazon-specific sales channels
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies—particularly performance marketing on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and others, including hand-on experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and e-commerce platform, shopify or similar
  • Experience with customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred
  • Base salary between $140,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year
