The Director, Integrated Experience Planning - Enterprise Marketing Partnerships will report directly into the Executive Director, Customer Experience Planning & Optimization and will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of integrated brand experiences across Novartis Marketing Partnerships. The Director will ensure that these experiences are aligned with overall brand strategies, marketing objectives, and deliver exceptional engagement for target audiences, translating the overall communication strategy into actionable go-to-market activities that create a unified HCP & patient experience across their respective brands. This key role will collaborate with the Marketing Strategy Leads, Data, Insights, Analytics, the Content Lab, Product Management, Marketing operations, Comms, and Patient Advocacy as well as external partners, to architect an omnichannel customer experience that delivers against the defined product strategy and objectives and drive innovation in how the company leverages sports to enhance brand perception and drive business outcomes. This position is based in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This role has the possible option of occasionally working in the NYC office, subject to approval by your manager. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered. This position will require up to 15-20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international).
