About The Position
The Director of Institutional Research at Howard University is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and resources of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (IRA). This role is critical in supporting university-wide planning, assessment, research initiatives, data governance, and accreditation. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders to generate reports, analyze institutional data, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while fostering a culture of informed decision-making and continuous improvement in the student experience.
