Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 7 years in infrastructure engineering and 5 years managing a global infrastructure team.
  • Proven expertise overseeing and maintaining Windows/Linux servers, virtualization hypervisors, networking, telecom, storage, databases, IoT/OT systems, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, issue escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong personal sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability, with the flexibility to work after hours as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 10% to support global infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop multiple global infrastructure teams, fostering technical excellence, professional growth, and a culture of accountability.
  • Plan and execute strategic initiatives by defining milestones, managing resources, and developing a multiyear IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee operations and budgets, including capital and expense management, technology lifecycle planning, procurement, and vendor/managed services agreements.
  • Ensure reliability and security through ownership of the disaster and ransomware recovery plan, proactive issue troubleshooting, and adherence to global hardware standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to assess IT requirements, align priorities, and deliver stable, scalable technology solutions.
