The IT Infrastructure Director is the senior-most role in the infrastructure and operations (I&O) function, reporting directly to the head of IT. The role oversees teams like Service Desk, Network, Security, and Technical Procurement while ensuring the infrastructure's security, stability, and scalability. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a track record of managing technical teams and driving service delivery excellence. This role also involves influencing business leadership to ensure the success of IT initiatives across the enterprise.
