Nordson is seeking a highly skilled SAP Director to lead our ERP Transformation program. At Nordson, the SAP Director will oversee all modules and aspects of our SAP Transformation journey, transitioning the organization from SAP ECC to S4/HANA. The role will lead design, process simplification & standardization, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with Nordson's business and IT leaders, this role will shape the strategic direction of our enterprise ERP environment and lead towards modernization and achieving specific business objectives. As the leader of the SAP team, you would champion the successful delivery of the SAP ERP transformation to achieve Nordson's Technology strategic goals. This role will be required to influence and partner with senior and executive business leaders across the organization to understand, design and implement SAP solutions that achieves business needs and objectives. You will also be directly instrumental in cultivating a culture of excellence across the SAP team, leveraging industry best practices and toolkits to achieve outstanding results.
