The Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for leading a talented team of architects, engineers, and operational staff in the evolution, operationalization, and automation of the internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) program at DXC. By leveraging key technologies and IAM best practices, the Director is responsible for developing and executing the IAM strategies and initiatives along with driving the execution of standard automated and self-service processes to enhance the productivity of the DXC workforce, while also enhancing its security posture. In this position, you will work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to influence technical and business projects to adopt the IAM strategies.
