Here are the main responsibilities: Oversee strategy and operations for Claims, Client Experience, and Premium Accounting Collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, Reinsurance, and Executive teams. Lead and develop managers and staff for high performance. Drive digital transformation and process optimization.
