About The Position
MLB is looking for a seasoned expert to bring leadership and guidance to our rapidly expanding creator and influencer work. You will lead a team dedicated to growing baseball through always-on and event-based creator and influencer partnerships. Reporting into the Vice President, Social Media & Innovation, you will join a cross-functional department with a mission to help new fans fall in love with baseball, and give existing fans more reasons to talk about the game. Creators and influencers are a central pillar of this mission, and you will help chart the course as we expand and strengthen the work we are doing in this space.
