About The Position

The Director of MarCom Incubation and Transformation is responsible for partnering with MarCom leaders to discover, develop, and integrate transformational initiatives that leverage emerging technology and techniques to positively impact departmental efficiency and engagement, brand awareness, reputation and market position while minimizing unnecessary disruption to day-to-day MarCom activities and performance.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years change management, innovation and transformation, or a related field required.
  • At least 4 years in leadership role required.
  • Healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) Upon Hire preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, manages and develops a team.
  • Cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing opportunities for skill-building, offering constructive feedback and coaching, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Takes responsibility for contributing to the organization's key objectives and aligns MarCom partners around transformation initiatives that promote organizational performance.
  • Partners with MarCom teams to discover challenges and identify innovative solutions.
  • Leads the development and execution of transformation initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
