Sales and Brand Growth: Lead the application of the Chick-fil-A marketing strategy to drive sales and grow the brand through customer relationship management, in-restaurant and in-community activations, partner relations, and advertising. Talent: Take responsibility to own and execute results in recruitment processes, onboarding and training processes, team member experience strategy, and performance management systems. Customer Experience: Identify and lead initiatives to improve our guest experience in the areas of hospitality, taste, cleanliness, and speed/accuracy.
