Requirements

• A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
• Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
• A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
• A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field

Responsibilities

• Rolling up your sleeves for hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum magic
• Leading recruitment, training, and supporting your amazing staff while keeping everything state-compliant
• Supervising and inspiring your team, juggling staffing schedules, and handling substitutes like a pro
• Building warm, lasting connections with families and staff -- because people matter most!
• Hosting fun, informative tours that welcome new families into our community
• Keeping your school safe, sparkling clean, and ready for every day's adventure
• Tackling administrative tasks (billing, payroll, records) with ninja-like precision
• Pitching in with whatever it takes -- from cooking to cleaning to classroom fun!
