We have an incredible opportunity for a Director, Data Management to join ICON's Imaging Cardiac Services team. The Director, Data Management will direct the day-to-day management of the Imaging Data Management department in a manner consistent with SOP's, regulations, and ICON policies, ensuring all functions, projects, and tasks are handled with the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Location: United States (Remote)

Requirements

• 10 years of imaging data management experience
• 10 years of people-leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Expertise in CDSIC and SDTM
• Proficiency in SAS and CSV required; Python (preferred)
• Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for clinical data management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and implementation of data management strategies for clinical trials
• Managing a team of data managers to ensure accurate and timely cleaning and delivery to customers for clinical trial data
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies and develop data management plans and / or specifications
• Providing expertise in data standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Monitoring data quality and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure data integrity
