About The Position
Who We Are Solaria Labs (Solaria Labs) is Liberty Mutual’s Enterprise Incubator. We partner with teams from across Liberty to stay on the forefront of disruption, incubating new products, services, and experiences to better serve our customers, agents, and partners today and in the future. Current areas of focus include Embedding AI for Transformation, Digitizing the Insurance Value Chain, Risk Management & Mitigation, and programming designed to foster a culture of innovation at LM. We are looking for a new member of the Enterprise Incubation team to work hand-in-hand with our Applied Science, Engineering, and BU partners in the Finance / Investment areas to explore how we can leverage emerging technologies, including Generative and Agentic AI, to reimagine key elements of the value chain to prepare our organization for the future. This individual will be responsible for: Partnering with business stakeholders to develop and align strategy and opportunity spaces, including Identifying use cases for experimentation Program managing efforts, including managing stakeholder relationships and providing senior Leadership updates Partnering with our Applied Science, UX, Engineering teams to prioritize and sequence work Ideal candidates will be able to move seamlessly between strategy development and program execution, and are comfortable delivering updates to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 7 years relevant work experience, typically 10 years
- Must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and project management skills
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to lead their own projects and can set a vision
- Experience engaging with technical teams
- Highly organized and can juggle multiple projects / priorities at once
- Able to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Experience delivering executive level presentations
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing or leading others beneficial
- Experience / exposure to emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI
