Role Summary The Director of Hybrid Partnerships & Commercial Performance owns the overall business performance, partner success, and commercial growth of the hybrid retail channel. This role serves as the primary business owner across hybrid partners, driving revenue, productivity, and expansion while partnering closely with Hybrid Planning and Allocation to ensure inventory strategies support commercial objectives. This leader is accountable for channel performance and partner success, while the Hybrid Planning Director and Allocator support execution of inventory and planning strategies. This is a commercial leadership role with full ownership of hybrid channel performance.
