About The Position

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the Global Product & Technology (P&T) leveraged capability group within the Equipment Technology and Services (ET&S) business. This role is pivotal in building company culture, enhancing organizational capability, and strategically partnering with business leaders to drive transformation. The Director will be a key member of the ET&S HR leadership team, reporting to the VP of HR, and will have a significant impact on advancing business vision and achieving strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience applying talent management processes within an organization as a supervisor or HR partner.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies that enable the attainment of strategic business objectives.
• Experience influencing and coaching executive leaders and mid-level managers.
• Ability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.

Nice To Haves

• Experience applying Principle Based Management within a leadership role.
• Experience designing and enhancing senior leadership teams.
• Prior experience supporting the start-up of new organizations or teams.

Responsibilities

• Create a competitive advantage for the ET&S business through advancing the understanding and application of Principle Based Management.
• Partner with ET&S business and HR leadership to guide the overall direction of the ET&S business and HR network.
• Own the strategic plan development for building a competitively advantaged talent position alongside Global Product & Technology leaders.
• Deploy strong economic thinking capabilities including financial acumen and risk optimization.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to capability leadership groups.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business strategy, including talent management and organizational design.
