About The Position

The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of human resources management for the district. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Director will also be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement through various programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
