About The Position
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness supporting our large global supply chain group. You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, improve retention, and support business objectives. You will ensure HR programs and services meet the evolving needs of the organization while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
