About The Position

ImageFIRST is a rapidly growing private equity held, healthcare laundry services business, evolving itself into a top of class, organization with a strong cultural footprint, a focus on continuous improvement and recognition of the need for new levels of discipline and execution, across the company. We are seeking an experienced, high impact HR Director to join our senior-level HR team. This individual will be responsible for executing ImageFIRST's overall human resource strategy for our Shared Service, Regional Leadership and Training Centers. They will partner with our Talent, Learning & Development and Total Rewards leaders to strategically position HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and associate development, while ensuring alignment with company culture and growth requirements. This HR Director will have a level of visibility requiring a thoughtful and balanced approach to supporting and advising the Chief Administration Officer and ImageFIRST Executive leadership on workforce strategies, leadership initiatives and our organizational evolution. General HR oversight for three locations: Shared Services (150 ee's), Regional Center - Chicago (25 ee's) and Regional Center - Elmsford, NY (25 ee's) as well as Fulfillment Center sites. The position reports to the VP, Total Rewards, is located at our Shared Service Center in King of Prussia, PA and will entail 30% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in shared services or operations leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and technology solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce or similar system (configuration, implementation, and management).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • HRIS certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with change management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for shared services functions (e.g., HR and Finance).

Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Establishing credibility, positive relationships and influence capability with Leaders and Associates.
  • Working with Leaders and Corporate/Field HR leaders to develop and implement important company change initiatives.
  • Current knowledge of HR people, metrics, compliance, and legal basics and deploys that knowledge effectively.
  • Serving as a liaison between Associates and Management.
  • Addressing and resolving concerns in the company as they arise.
  • Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes for client base, identifying and attracting qualified candidates.
  • Coordinating and supporting the ImageFIRST Talent Review Process and building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Identifying and working with Learning & Development to deliver training to meet development needs.
  • Leading on HR department budget and tracking, including allocating resources for recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.
