About The Position
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing three main disciplines: employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition across Empire State Development (ESD). The Director will analyze and improve processes and organization-wide efforts in attracting and retaining high-performing employees through best practices in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. The ability to work on-site to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment is essential to this role.
