About The Position
This position supports Piedmont Eastside. The role directs the Human Resources function and serves as a leader in an operating unit within the Piedmont Healthcare System. It provides advice, counsel, and guidance to department directors, managers, and supervisors in all aspects of HR. The position establishes and maintains a proactive employee relations climate and oversees the performance management process to ensure fairness and consistency is applied. Reporting to the Regional Executive Director of HR and with a dotted line reporting to the Hospital Entity CEO, the role manages the HR office and staff. It works closely with Corporate HR and Centers of Excellence (COE) to meet the functional needs of the operating unit.
