The Human Resources Director is a senior HR leader responsible for providing both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across the full spectrum of human resources. This role partners closely with Company leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience across multiple locations. In addition to leading and influencing at a strategic level, this role requires ownership and execution of critical HR administrative and system‑based work, particularly within HRIS platforms to drive operational excellence and enable a positive employee experience. The HR Director leads key HR functions including employee relations, talent management, total rewards administration, compliance, and people leadership, while actively supporting change initiatives, operational excellence, and growth through acquisition and integration.
