The Director, Human Resources, is responsible for executing strategic and operational HR initiatives that align with business goals. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this role provides guidance and oversight for all HR functions to include organizational effectiveness through talent management, employee relations and engagement, learning and development, workforce planning. This position partners with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture, support continuous improvement efforts, and an engaged workforce.
