About The Position

Responsibilities

• Create a competitive advantage for the ET&S business through advancing the understanding and application of Principle Based Management.
• Partner with ET&S business and HR leadership to guide the overall direction of the ET&S business and HR network.
• Own the strategic plan development for building a competitively advantaged talent position alongside Global Product & Technology leaders.
• Deploy strong economic thinking capabilities including financial acumen and risk optimization.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to capability leadership groups.
• Enable the attainment of business strategy by effectively applying the management philosophy framework.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent management and organizational design.
