  • Develop and lead HR technology strategy to support business growth.
  • Serve as the authority on Workday, providing thought leadership on HR systems.
  • Build relationships with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for system management.
  • Lead HR technology vendors to ensure cost-effective and secure systems.
  • Assess and implement new HR systems, ensuring integration and compliance.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable HR technology initiatives.
  • Develop governance processes for system audits and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR technology team.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR systems, including leadership roles in HRIS management.
  • Extensive experience with Workday; knowledge of Kronos is a plus.
  • Proven success in selecting, implementing, and improving HR systems.
  • Solid project management skills with experience in leading multi-functional projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and system compliance.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into HR technology strategies.
  • Experience solving complex challenges in growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong collaboration and partner relationship leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership as a strategic consultant.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, HRIS, or related field.
  • Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and scrum teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo.
