About The Position

The Human Resources Director at Methodist Southlake Medical Center is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employment policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, leadership development, recruiting, retention, and compliance with relevant laws. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of broad-based HR experience, with at least 6 years at the management level.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to provide vision and leadership.
  • Ability to plan and schedule the work of others.
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented environment.
