Reporting to the SVP/CHRO, the role manages HR Managers, ensuring effective HR strategies and daily operations. The Director, Human Resources develops workforce strategies, optimizes HR resources, enhances productivity, and fosters strong partnerships with Operations and Manufacturing leaders while leading key HR initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
