About The Position
The Director of Human Resources Communications is hybrid and reports to the Vice President of Strategic and Executive Communications at RWJBarnabas Health, with a dotted line to the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at RWJBarnabas Health. The Director is an integral member of the Human Resources and Strategic Marketing and Communications Departments, developing and executing one- and two-way strategies to engage employees at all levels and communicate mission-critical messages to all internal audiences across the enterprise in support of the system's mission, vision and values. Critical to the role is the creation of laser-sharp messaging, digestible communication assets and compelling editorial content to rally employees and physicians around our mission and human resources business goals. The role requires significant teamwork and frequent collaboration and coordination with the system Director of Internal Communications, facility marketing and communication colleagues, and human resource business partners and departments throughout the organization, including members of the Senior Leadership team.
