About The Position

The HRIS Business Partner at Elanco plays a crucial role in supporting the Total Rewards and Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Centers of Excellence. This position focuses on aligning HR technology with business needs, ensuring effective communication between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and leading the configuration of Workday systems to meet organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years in HRIS, specifically with Workday configuration in at least three modules (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence).
• Experience leading a configuration team and partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Proficient English language skills (C1 or higher).
• Strong analytical capabilities for technical partnership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational requirements.
• Provide configuration consulting and guidance on Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Lead the HRIS functional team to configure Workday according to best practices and business needs.
• Identify root causes of system issues, drive resolutions, and lead project implementations, including upgrades and data conversions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HRIS systems, including SOX audit processes.
