We are seeking an experienced Director, HR Business Partner, to help build and scale a strong people foundation during our next phase of growth. This leader will partner closely with department executives and senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, guide workforce planning, and enable high-performance teams through repeatable, scalable HR processes. This role blends strategic partnership with operational depth, requiring strong judgment, data fluency, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-growing, global environment. The Director, HRBP will lead and develop a small team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent, high-quality partnership across the organization. The role reports to the Chief People Officer.
