This position collaborates closely with executive and senior leadership to push progress across various initiatives and departments, ensuring alignment of efforts toward achieving corporate and warehouse operations objectives. By facilitating cross-functional collaboration between People, Finance & Accounting, and Legal teams, the Director, HRBP fosters collective problem-solving and future-oriented planning. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies in organizational design, change management, talent management, leadership development, and the retention of high-performing top talent to support positive business outcomes. The Director leads a team of HR professionals dedicated to the Global Supply Chain organization while also mentoring colleagues across the People team and contributing to its broader objectives and key results (OKRs).
