About the position

As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness supporting our corporate functions (Accounting/Finance/HR/Legal). You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, improve retention, and support business objectives. You will ensure HR programs and services meet the evolving needs of the organization while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide HR business partnering and consultative support, acting as a trusted advisor on talent and organizational strategies.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business priorities.
  • Manage and guide organizational design and change management efforts to enhance efficiency, agility, and team effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to enhance associate engagement, reduce turnover, and strengthen retention through targeted HR initiatives.
  • Drive HR service delivery improvements, incorporating best practices and leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a steward for talent management, mentoring and developing HR teams while fostering a culture of growth, development, and inclusion.
  • Support, manage, and guide HR projects, including learning & development programs, workforce planning, and other strategic people-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure HR programs and services meet or exceed the evolving needs of the organization, continuously improving HR processes and service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a generalist background.
  • 5+ years in an advanced HR management role.
  • Strong track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
