About The Position
In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the intersection of people operations and technology at Opendoor. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with key stakeholders to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive HR technology initiatives, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
