The Director of HR Shared Services & HRIS is a strategic role that will drive significant impact across the entire organization while advancing the HR operating model to achieve scale, efficiency and a positive Associate experience. This leader will transform James Avery's central HR operations, overseeing the delivery of core HR services such as payroll, benefits and Associate and Leader support through a tiered service-level approach. Focuses on managing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data integrity, compliance, efficiency and process improvement. Develops and executes comprehensive strategies for HR shared services and HRIS supporting organizational goals and objectives to simplify and streamline HR processes while enhancing the overall Associate experience.
