About The Position
We are looking for an accomplished and experienced director to lead our global HR Program Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the VP, HR Enablement, you will oversee key bodies of work including Business Program Management, Enterprise HR Processes Project Management, and other HR Operational/Transformation Programs. You will also have budget ownership and management for the HR organization, driving prioritization, understanding, and consistency across HR. The HR PMO Director will set the direction of the HR PMO and lead enterprise-wide deployment, and execution of HR priorities related to the strategic framework and HR's integrated business goals. You will be located in our Milwaukee, WI global headquarters.
