The Director of HR Operations ensures EverDriven has the systems, processes, data integrity, and compliance infrastructure required to scale efficiently and operate without disruption. This role leads the teams and workflows that anchor our employee lifecycle—compensation and benefits administration, payroll oversight, HR systems, data governance, onboarding, policy management, and compliance. This leader drives operational excellence by building reliable, repeatable, and compliant HR processes, strengthening data accuracy, improving employee experience across systems, and reducing organizational risk. Success in this role means EverDriven runs on clean data, compliant processes, strong controls, and scalable systems that enable teams to focus on delivering performance—not fixing avoidable HR issues.
