About The Position

The Director of Operations at Mayo Clinic is responsible for leading the organization's recruitment efforts and building a world-class talent acquisition strategy. This role involves leading the allied health and nursing Talent Acquisition operations, identifying opportunities to leverage external market data, sourcing channels, and technology to curate, attract, and hire talent. The Director partners with Human Resource colleagues and Hiring leaders to understand business priorities, driving outcomes to attain hiring goals. They facilitate changes that optimize the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding processes while integrating equity, diversity, and inclusion across all talent acquisition processes and strategies. The Director is also accountable for establishing, leading, and sustaining HR by executing the vision and strategic direction for their assigned HR services in support of Mayo Clinic's overall vision and strategic goals. This includes managing operational dashboards, partnering with senior leaders to drive innovation, and ensuring strong collaboration across the HR enterprise.
